Inner Peace

We warmly welcome you to this space, “𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐞”, in which you can take a moment to pause, nurture and restore yourself.

Starting with a Cacao Circle to connect with the plant medicine of Cacao allowing your awareness to shift from the mind down into the heart, we will follow with a Restorative Yoga practice to assist any discomfort and tension in the body to melt away so you can be more open and relaxed in receiving the healing frequency during the Sound Bath.

Our intention is for you to recharge and recalibrate yourself so you can allow your heart to lead the way and give from your overflow of energy.

“I'm passionate about contributing to people's wellbeing by sharing my love for Cacao, and various holistic practices such as Yoga, Meditation, Shamanism, Sound.

My spiritual journey started after moving from Italy to Scotland, where I started to get closer to yoga and its principles.

After taking part in a Shamanic retreat, I decided to follow my intuition and walk the “Camino de Santiago, in Spain; after finishing it I decided to start traveling the world.

To develop a deeper understanding of the yoga philosophy, I gained a 200hrs YTT in the South of India, Kerala.

This amazing experience taught me to live in harmony with myself, and my surroundings, and how important it is to share this knowledge with everyone.

This self-love journey took me to discover Bali where I got my Reiki Level 1 & 2 and New Zealand, where I started teaching Yoga in some retreat centers in the North and South Islands.

This land supported me to deepen my connection with Nature and to discover Cacao in its full potential.

From a young age I have always had a love affair with Cacao, but never fully understood why, as everyone around me just saw it as chocolate.

The Universe, of course, worked its power and through a friend, I found my way to The Cacao Ambassador.

Magic truly happened.

I completed a 6 week Emissary program and deep love erupted between myself and this plant medicine, so much love that I have decided to fully lean into her and share her benefits and healing properties with everyone!"

@luisamoana

My mantra is “Go with the flow and embody the flow of life.”

When I am not flowing on the mat then I live my mantra on the ocean waves as a keen surfer.

I have a profound connection to the mindful aspects of Yoga and my love for the practice is rooted in my daily meditation and pranayama routines.

I live by Ayurveda and Yoga practices to support my mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health and growth and for my Yoga acts as a beautiful complement by helping myself to relearn power and connection.

I graduated as a Yoga Teacher from Jayayoga 200-hour training and completed another 100-hour Trauma-Informed Facilitator Training with Somapsych. When on the teaching mat I inspire my Yogis to let go of any former beliefs and thoughts they may have held about Yoga encouraging instead a playful attitude so that they can explore more and more of themselves. My main practice is Ashtanga Yoga, a holistic meditative movement practice based on the foundations of Tristhana (Vinyasa, Bandha, Drishti) and rooted in the eight limbs path of Yoga. For myself, Ashtanga Yoga is the dance of the breath with the body.

As a Ayurvedic Health Advisor from Hale Pule I passionately share her knowledge about this ancient holistic nature-based science and encourage people to find balance in taking care of their own health with simple effective Ayurvedic practices.

Taking all those practices together I also practice Thai Yoga Massage and Reiki as bodywork sessions to get energy flowing.

With joy,
Luisa
