Luisa graduated as a Yoga Teacher from Jayayoga 200-hour training and completed another 100-hour Trauma-Informed Facilitator Training with Somapsych. Currently she is studying her 500hr training in Yoga therapy and Ashtanga Yoga. When on the teaching mat she inspires her Yogis to let go of any former beliefs and thoughts they may have held about Yoga encouraging instead a playful attitude so that they can explore more and more of themselves.
As a Ayurvedic Health Advisor from Hale Pule she passionately shares her knowledge about this ancient holistic nature-based science and encourages people to find balance in taking care of their own health with simple effective Ayurvedic practices.

We created this two day retreat for those who want a get away into nature, who want to practice and learn about the lineage of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga (as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois) and who want to relax and rest.
This event is open to and suitable for all levels. Whether you are relatively new to Ashtanga Yoga or exploring your practice after many years.
Resume of what is being offered during the immersion:
* Two Ashtanga Yoga led classes and one workshop with Luisa and a theory booklet (mantras, sequence, intro to ashtanga);
* One hour session of Sound Healing with Vanessa;
* Vegeterian Lunch, Tea Station, Chai and Dinner homemade by Hema;
* And free time to explore surrounding nature, the bush, ocean, waterfalls.
Our intention is for you to recharge and recalibrate yourself so you can allow your heart to lead the way and give from your overflow of energy.

As an Eco-Therapist, Reiki Practitioner, and sound journey facilitator, I am passionate about promoting holistic healing and connecting individuals with nature and their inner selves. With a deep respect for nature and the environment, I integrate eco therapy practices into my sessions to help clients cultivate a deeper connection with themselves and the natural world. Through guided mindfulness exercises in nature and eco-friendly activities, I guide individuals in harnessing the healing power of nature for mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
As a certified reiki practitioner (Level 3), I channel universal life force energy to promote balance and harmony within the body, mind, and spirit. By facilitating energy healing sessions, I support clients in releasing blockages, restoring vitality, and experiencing profound relaxation and inner peace.
In my role as a sound journey facilitator, I create immersive sound experiences using the sound healing instrument handmade singing crystal bowls with a frequency of 432 hz which is the healing frequency of nature. Through the power of sound vibrations, I guide participants on transformative journeys of self-discovery, relaxation, and healing, facilitating deep states of meditation and energetic alignment.
Through my unique blend of Eco-Therapy, Reiki Healing, and Sound Journeys, I empower individuals to reconnect with themselves, nature, and the universal energy that surrounds us.
It is my passion and purpose to support others with softness and compassion on their healing journey inspiring them to cultivate a harmonious relationship with themselves and the world around them.

Luisa lives by Ayurveda and Yoga practices to support her mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health and growth and for her Yoga acts as a beautiful complement by helping her to relearn power and connection.
Luisa graduated as a Yoga Teacher from Jayayoga 200-hour training and completed another 100-hour Trauma-Informed Facilitator Training with Somapsych. Currently she is studying her 500hr training in Yoga therapy and Ashtanga Yoga. When on the teaching mat she inspires her Yogis to let go of any former beliefs and thoughts they may have held about Yoga encouraging instead a playful attitude so that they can explore more and more of themselves.
As a Ayurvedic Health Advisor from Hale Pule she passionately shares her knowledge about this ancient holistic nature-based science and encourages people to find balance in taking care of their own health with simple effective Ayurvedic practices.
Taking all those practices together Luisa also offers Thai Yoga Massage and Reiki as 1:1 bodywork sessions to get energy flowing.

The practice of Yoga allows to rebalance different systems of the body. Through a time of meditation, breathing in consciousness and different asanas, I will guide you to bring your awareness within you, to connect with your body sensations and help you to release the tensions that you may have accumulated. We will close our practice with a deep moment of relaxation to integrate the session and return to a state of inner calm.
