Join this guided meditation for a direct experience of unity and oneness. Lasting approximately 45 minutes, this session invites you to rest in your natural state of awareness.
We begin by gently focusing on the breath (subject-object dualism) to strengthen samadhi and quiet the mind. Then, we let go of all effort, allowing awareness to rest in and as itself—effortless, open, and free.
No prior experience is needed—simply listen to the guidance and discover for yourself the true nature of being.
