These sessions take us on an evolutionary journey using breath, movement and mantra (sacred sounds) that awakens awareness and enhances our inner experience. Each session has a theme that unfolds throughout the session, enabling us to become free from our conditioning and dive into the inner realms of our consciousness. The sessions begin with specific breathing methods (pranayama) and progress into yoga asanas, with kriyas that enhance and consolidate the theme. A short meditation follows to bring us into stillness.
